Parking passes and armbands can only be purchased by OWNERS and MANAGERS, therefore no guest will be able to purchase them at the desk.
An order form must be filled out in exchange for passes, no exceptions.
This form can be found on your owner portal, at the Owner Services desk or by requesting a copy from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Passes must be filled out properly with a black sharpie marker.
Do not park in owner assigned spaces 313-436, unless authorized.
Vehicles with no or incomplete parking passes are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
We strongly encourage property managers and owners who rent their unit(s) to buy passes in advance to ensure your guests have parking passes in advance.
During the peak season, between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend the Parking Garage can quickly fill up. In order to avoid exceeding capacity we ask that all owners and rental management companies use the following peak season guidelines
Studio & 1 bedroom: 1 parking pass per stay
2 bedroom & 3+ bedroom: 2 parking passes per stay

*If passes are purchased and must be mailed, there is an additional fee of $15 per shipment.
